James will not play on Thursday against Sacramento.

LeBron James suffered a groin injury during a game against the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday. After undergoing an MRI today, James' results came back clean, although he is currently listed as day-to-day and will not be able to play on Thursday when the Lakers take on the Sacramento Kings, according to ESPN

The injury will be quite the blow to the Lakers as LeBron has been the main key to the team's success. He is averaging 27.3 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 7.1 assists a game this season. This means players like Brandon Ingram and Kyle Kuzma will need to pick up some of the slack left by James.

After the game on Tuesday, LeBron was visibly frustrated with the injury, telling reporters:

"I take a lot of pride in [staying healthy], so that is why it pissed me off not being able to go back into the game. It's more than anything being available to my teammates, to my coaching staff -- that is something I take more personal than anything. Hopefully, it is not a long thing and I can get back on the floor as soon as possible."

Thursday's game against Sacramento will mark the first time the Lakers have had to play without LeBron this season.
