The Golden State Warriors have consistently been the hottest team in basketball. How can they not be? They have a starting five that includes, Steph Curry, Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, and Boogie Cousins. That would be a phenomenal starting lineup for an all-star team, let alone an NBA franchise.

Curry is already considered one of the best shooters of all time and after becoming the first player to knock down eight threes in three consecutive games, Durant had to agree with Curry's greatness.

“He’s a once-in-a-generation, once-in-a-lifetime talent,” Durant told NBC Sports Bay Area. “His movements are so smooth that he makes it look so easy. When he’s knocking down those shots, it’s just a joy to see.”

In the Warriors 147-140 win over the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday night, Curry scored seven of his nine three-pointers in the third quarter which helped propel the team to a win.

“Sometimes, when you get hot like that, you can’t see anything but the rim,” Curry said according to Sporting News. “You just try to stay on balance and get to your spot, wherever that is. Again, these are shots I work on. I have confidence in them. I know my teammates do.”

The Warriors currently sit atop the Western Conference with a record of 31-14.
