Drake's "Would You Like A Tour?" has been a complete success so far, but it looks like some missed concert appearances from his past are coming back to haunt him. A Chicago based company is suing Drizzy for a number of counts over some alleged missed performance dates, calling the rapper out for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, deceptive business practices, and more.
The plaintiffs claim to have invested $202,800 in Drake's touring, but were never refunded for multiple dates that never happened. Three dates are mentioned in the suit, including a March 15, 2012 performance at UIC Pavilion and an Allstate Arena date on October 18th.
The company also claims that they have attempted to contact Drake and co. about the money owed to them since November 2012, but never heard back.
