21 Savage
21 Savage lets fly some heated cultural criticism.

21 Savage is still sitting on his upcoming album, and from the sound of it, it's going to be a potential personal best. Savage took to Instagram to preview one of the project's sinister bangers; luckily, he seems to be picking up where his recent turn on "Don't Come Out The House" left off.

"N***as drop a mixtape then they tattoo they face," spits Savage. "N***as drop an album and pretend to be gangsta, imaginary hood you gon' make it eventually, imaginary dead homies, man this n***a a pranksta." The preview jumps to a later segment, where 21 proceeds to showcase a switched up-flow; is it safe to assume that he's been steadily honing his delivery? In recent drops, 21 has sounded more focused where flow is concerned, emerging as a clear highlight (and fan favorite) on Metro Boomin's Not All Heroes Wear Capes.

Eventually, 21 lives up to his Savage moniker, going hard to close out the verse. "I'm a young trap-ass, strapped-ass, no time for the GAP-ass, get a n***a clapped ass, ride-around with it in my lap-ass, leave your man brain in your muthafuckin lap ass n***a!!!" Throw in an intriguing hybrid between Atlanta trap production and a Western-inspired Ennio Morricone woodwind section, and we're looking at a potential banger. In truth, 21 Savage has come a long way, and currently stands at the top of his stylistic class. Anyone else looking forward to his new album?
