Zac Efron
Zac Efron's Ted Bundy biopic is but one of May's many new Netflix originals.

It's the dawn of a new month, which means Netflix has once again bolstered the archives. At long last, the streaming giant has released the Zac Efron-led Ted Bundy biopic Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil & Vile, which finds the actor exploring his darkest role thus far. While the first trailer left some questioning the film's seemingly misguided tone, a subsequent one appeared to live up to the title's chilling descriptors. You can check that one out below, especially if you're interested in the beloved lost genre of serial killer movies.

Once you're done that one, you can check out the Christina Applegate led Dead To Me, which premieres today. The series follows Applegate as a widow, grieving the loss of her murdered husband. Upon meeting another woman at a support group, the pair proceed to forge a strange and intriguing friendship.  With elements of comedy, drama, and suspense, Dead To Me might be a good choice for an afternoon binge session. Check out the trailer below.

Aside from the aforementioned pair, you can check out the full list of new additions right here, as provided by Uproxx:
