CyHi The Prynce is arguably the most underrated emcee in the G.O.O.D camp, and it's perhaps unarguable that he's often forgotten when considering G.O.O.D Music. Nonetheless, the rapper is a lyrical beast, as any of his mixtapes will prove. He's also a relatively quiet rapper, which is perhaps why he gets forgotten-- chances are you will not see CyHi in the news for getting arrested, getting sued, starting unnecessary beef etc.
We haven't forgotten about CyHi though, although it's been over a year since he last released a project, Ivy League: Kick Back. Today marked his return to the music scene (apart from popping up as a feature on random records), as he released a brand new record and video, "Napoleon."
The M16-produced track finds CyHi right at home as he spouts off his knowledge. Along with the visual came news of an upcoming project for 2014. The title of the mixtape has not yet been revealed, but it is said to be executive produced by Kanye West, so immediately are hopes are set high.
Check out the new video below, as well as CyHi's recent advice from Yeezus himself. Stay tuned for updates on this untitled mixtape.
"The last thing I'm tryna be is fresh when the Feds is watching / No disrespect to my nigga Chainz but when the Feds really watching, that shit'll wreck your brain"
