With LeBron James now in Los Angeles as a member of the Lakers, we haven't really heard much from the Big Baller himself, Lavar Ball recently. Of course, Lavar was a big voice that followed the team wherever they went when Lonzo was first drafted, but this year he's been much more subdued. Well, that all changed when TMZ caught up with Lavar at the airport and asked him about the possibility of Anthony Davis joining the team.
"They got enough," Lavar remarked concerning the pieces in place on the Lakers roster. "I don't care who Lonzo play with, the only person I want to see him play with is his own brothers."
LeBron would probably have to disagree with Lavar considering the Lakers superstar has made it clear this past week that he'd love to play with Davis if given the opportunity. He even reportedly had dinner with Davis, despite some General Managers throughout the league accusing James of tampering.
The Los Angeles Lakers look like a rejuvenated team with LeBron, sporting a 19-14 record and currently sit in fourth place in the Western Conference. Perhaps with the addition of Davis, the Lakers would be a frontrunner to claim the western throne from the Golden State Warriors.
