Tyga pays his respects to Neighborhood Nip.

Make no mistake about it, Tyga is a west coast veteran. As such, he's likely familiar with Nipsey Hussle's importance to the community, having previously collaborated with Nip on the throwback cut "Snitches Ain't Shit." Now, T-Raww has taken a moment to honor the slain rapper's memory during a concert in Vancouver. The homage comes on the heels of a previous IG post, which found Tyga eulogizing Nipsey's memory with a heartfelt post.

"Respected u so much dawg.Real legend in the city.always kept it solid and 1000 with me!" it wrote. "I wish we could’ve worked and done more together. U inspired me to be my own leader and someone I truly admired. Ur soul will live forever! God got him a true King. Luv ya big dawg."

He certainly kept the same energy onstage, when he implored fans to join him in honoring Nipsey, quieting the raucous crowd to say a few words. "West coast legend," says Tyga, while an image of Nip fills the big screen. Afterward, the DJ queues up "Last Time That I Checc'd," while Tyga leads the crowd. Once again, the hip-hop community unifies in their support for Nipsey Hussle, and respect to Tyga for holding it down.
