The Kardashian clan gets shut down in court.

Blac Chyna's relationship with the Kardashian-Jenner clan has soured, even though she has a child with Rob. Unfortunately, her issues with the family go past her personal problems and into business. She claimed the Kardashian clan made attempts to kill her "hit show" with Rob Kardashian, "Rob & Chyna" which aired on the same channel as "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," E! Network. After filing a lawsuit against the family for causing "career injury," she catches a major victory in the legal battle.

Lisa Bloom, Blac Chyna's attorney, issued a statement earlier today revealing that her client caught a major win in her legal battle against the Kardashians. After the Kardashians tried to have the lawsuit Chyna filed against them thrown out, a judge has shut down their request down. "Today the court REJECTED the Kardashian family’s request to strike Chyna’s entire lawsuit," Bloom wrote in a statement.

While the case isn't done yet, this means that Blac Chyna will still be able to face the Kardashian clan in court over the matter.

Bloom said they the court only struck 6 out of 317 paragraphs. The paragraphs taken out of the lawsuit surrounded accusations that Blac Chyna claimed the family alleged that she assaulted Rob.

"We thank the court for its careful, well-reasoned rulings,” Bloom wrote in her statement. "We look forward to getting a trial date next month and aggressively fighting for Chyna’s rights at trial.”
