The Broncos legend likes where the team is going.

Ever since Peyton Manning retired from football after wining the Super Bowl in 2016, the Denver Broncos have been abysmal. Without a solid quarterback under center, it's hard for an NFL team to have any kind of success. John Elway who runs the Broncos knows this more than anybody as he was a legendary quarterback himself. While the team had Case Keenum at QB last season, they weren't satisfied with his play and ultimately traded for Joe Flacco, now formerly of the Baltimore Ravens. Flacco won a Super Bowl with the Ravens in 2013 and most recently has his job stolen by a rookie QB in Lamar Jackson. With the Broncos picking up Flacco, former Broncos running back and Hall of Famer Terrell Davis is speaking out in favor of the move.

"I like the move because you're being aggressive," Davis told TMZ Sports. He also went on to say that he doesn't feel like this year's draft is "rich of young quarterbacks." That's why Davis feels like trading for someone who is already established was a much better idea.

After finishing last season with a record of 6-10, the Broncos are hoping this move brings them back into the promise land.

What do you think of the move? Did the Broncos really get any better?
