Gabrielle Union celebrated her birthday with a whole crowd of loved ones to ring in 46. Since the date is so close to Halloween, it was only fitting for everyone to come in costume. These looks took the celebration to another level, then Lil Kim came through to blow off the roof. She surprised her friend with a short performance and a cute little speech about how they first met.
Lil Kim jumped into the mix shortly after her song "The Jump Off" came on. She rapped to a handful of her tracks and included a sweet anecdote about her friendship with Gabrielle. According to Kim, the actress initially came off as "boogie" but surprised the rapper with how down to earth she was. As soon as Queen B realized that Union was cool with late night chillings at the studio, that was it. A new friendship was formed. She recalled the moment it hit her.
"I said, 'Damn, I love this b*tch.' God bless you. May this be the best birthday of your life."
Check out the clips below for a glimpse into the Miami event. Gabrielle Union came through as No Doubt-era Gwen Stefani and Dwayne Wayde matched her swag as The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air.
