"I’ve been flying!!"

Nick Cannon stepped in as a temporary host for The Wendy Williams Show when the talk show host had to step down due to her recurring medical problems, including thyroid issues. “I have a plethora of doctors,” Wendy said during her return. “And I’m happy to tell you that I am doing swell."

Now that Nick's job is done over at the studio, it looks like he's back to his regular business that involves practicing his martial arts. We know that Nick has a black belt in the practice, and by the looks of his recent upload to Instagram, he really knows how to throw a kick.

"You Rap dudes just started boxing, I’ve been flying!! #MartialArts #Ninjitsu #WhiteLotus #KungFu #MuayThai just to name a few #NcredibleGang We want all the smoke!!!" he captioned the image.

Nick previously chatted with GQ about his work out habits and how he's been doing martial arts since he was a kid. "I love core training. I’ve also been doing martial arts since I was a kid. Muay Thai, jiu-jitsu. And then I’m also really big on a bar training. I’d say that there are a only couple of days a week where I just go really heavy in the gym," he said.

On the topic of how to stick to a work out routine, he said to just make sure it makes "you happy."

"I don't do anything unless I enjoy it. So even with fitness, you have to be willing to put in the hard work and the effort, but if it’s not enjoyable, you won’t do it, and you won’t give it your all."
