Top Dawg Entertainment's annual Christmas special took place yesterday and among the great performers such as Jay Rock, Reason, Rich the Kid, Kendrick Lamar, as well as surprise guest Travis Scott, was none other than miss "Love Galore," SZA. Travis came through to perform their collaborative track and once the event was over, SZA kicked it with some adoring fans who had her feeling very grateful.
The video below shows the 28-year-old singer signing the shirt of a young and seemingly very eager fan who jumped a gate just to see SZA in person. He must have been so star struck because his only words were "thank you" after SZA signed her name with a permanent marker.
"Lol this lil boy hopped the gate to get this and didnt even say 3 words! Such serious energy lol. Kids are a blessing. today Is a blessing. to be on a TDE is a BLESSING. Thank you to everyone for bringing toys and vibing out!" she captioned the video.
SZA was rightfully gifted the "Rule Breaker" award at the Billboard's Women In Music conference earlier this month where she thanked TDE's CEO Terrence "Punch" Henderson for "having a heart of gold" when she began her career.
"I'm just so thankful for everyone having patience with me," she told the crowd.
