Adidas LXCON
Adidas is giving their new silhouette the all-white treatment.

Adidas has been killing over the last few years as they have dominated the lifestyle sneaker space. Adidas saw the height of their success in 2016 and 2017 thanks to the NMD and the UltraBoost. Not to mention, Kanye West injected some life into the brand with three stripes thanks to his Yeezy imprint. In 2018, Adidas hit a bit of a snag as Nike and Jordan Brand catapulted back to the front of the pack thanks to an incredible collaboration with Virgil Abloh of Off-White. In 2019, Adidas is looking to take the lead right back and are releasing some brand new silhouettes in order to do so. One of those silhouettes is the Adidas LXCON which was originally teased by Jonah Hill.

We've seen a few colorways of the sneaker make it to the market and now we're getting a traditional triple-white colorway because, well, why not? The shoe features some futuristic tooling, including a mesh upper and a plastic tube on the side that eventually becomes the lace holder. Just like the current dad shoe trend has dictated, the midsole of this sneaker is fairly chunky but also very stylish.
