The-Dream announces his "exodus" from Def Jam Recordings.

It appears as though The-Dream is leaving Def Jam, where he served not only as an artist but as the Vice President of A&R. Today the talented singer posted a goodbye message on his Instagram announcing his "exodus."

Terius Nash posted that he will miss the Def Jam logo, before going on to post images of his various album work, some with the label and some not. "I will miss this logo. It all started here! Love Everything that I achieved there, EXODUS THE-DREAM #exodusthedream," he wrote.

He later tweeted "Freedom!" Although this move may come as a bit of a surprise, it appears as though there are no harsh feelings from The-Dream's side. No word on what's he moving on too, but we'll update you once we know.
