Earlier this year, we reported on vocalist Mariah Carey being back in court to sue her former assistant, Lianna Shakhnazaryan. Precisely, Carey first accused Shakhnazaryan of taking "intimate videos" of her without her knowledge. According to The Blast, the singer also adds that Shakhnazaryan is still refusing to keep the videos private and have shown them to friends and family. A new legal motion was set forth by Mimi to force ex-worker Lianna Shakhnazaryan to agree to a protective order with stringent terms.
The singer further details she wants to limit the potential release of private information which includes financial, sensitive and related confidential matters. Moreover, the musician affirms Shakhnazaryan was previously sent an agreement which would involve both parties being prohibited from releasing any evidence relating to the case including the reportedly "embarrassing" videos taken.

The ex-assistant who was hired in 2015 to be the "We Belong Together" artist's right-hand was fired for allegedly using the singer's credit cards for personal purchases. Now, Shakhnazaryan is believed to have requested $8 million dollars from the singer while threatening to release the private videos. The proceedings commenced earlier this year when Mariah motioned the first legal move surrounding the unapproved videos. Shakhnazaryan has since countersued in response, claiming to have been abused by both Carey and Carey's manager, Stella Bulochnikov.
