The Nike LeBron 16 "Medicine Ball," inspired by the iconic Nike Air Trainer 3 bearing the same name, is reportedly set to arrive at select Nike Basketball retailers later this month.
According to BR Kicks, the kicks will release on March 30, although there are rumors that the special edition sneakers will drop as part of Nike's #LeBronWatch program during this Saturday's Lakers vs Celtics game.
Nike first announced "LeBron Watch" in early 2018, which resulted in several special edition colorways of the LeBron 15 - all of which take design cues from some of 'Bron's favorite signatures.
Styled just like the "Medicine Ball" Air Trainer 3, the upcoming LeBron 16 features the familiar color blocking with Midnight Navy and Ginger detailing, as well as the Air Trainer's forefoot strap. Additional attributes include a perforated tongue and a white outsole.
Lakers vs Celtics, airing on ABC, is scheduled to tip-off at 8:30pm ET this Saturday, March 9. The LeBron 16 "Medicine Ball" might unexpectedly release early, so have your SNKRS app ready to go just in case.
