Today is a historic day in music history. The Carter V is finally free and everybody is reacting to the project's release. For years, it seemed as though we would never receive it but this summer, Wayne had us all hoping for the eventual release after he finally got out of his deal with Birdman and Cash Money. Weezy celebrated the gigantic drop with his closest friends, family and industry executives at a joint birthday and release party. In the past, Tunechi has teamed up with Big Sean and Chris Brown to form a hard-hitting trio on DJ Khaled's "How Many Times," and they all linked up again at the party to take a pic.
Sean has been quiet in terms of his musical output this weird and while it seems as though everybody is dropping a new album or mixtape in 2018, Sean and Chris Brown have yet to come through. Of course, we're still digesting the one hundred thousand tracks that Breezy included on HBOAFM. Sean Don has hopes to get back in the studio with both Weezy and Breezy, crossing his fingers for future bangers to come. "All hail Weezy F," he wrote, "Can’t wait to drop more classics wit my bruddas @liltunechi @chrisbrownofficial." They likely have more material ready to go from the stash and from the sounds of it, Sean is confident in whatever they decide to drop.
We'll keep our eyes peeled on whatever the trio has planned. Whatever it is is likely going to be fire.
