Ariana Grande's working on settling a lawsuit.

Earlier in the year, a man named Vladimir Kush sued Ariana Grande for an unspecified amount after the singer's "God Is A Woman" music video had a shot that looked identical to one of his paintings. Vladimir and his company, Kush Fine Arts Las Vegas Inc. were named in the suit citing the painting he did in 1999 and 2000.

The Blast now reports that Vladimir is asking the court to push back Ariana's deadline to respond to the lawsuit, as a way for both parties to try and come to a common ground on the matter. The documents obtained by the publication detail how both parties want to wait until June to allow “the parties to discuss resolution of this matter.”

The shot Vladimir claims to be identical to his painting is seen at the 1:11 mark in the video, where Ariana's silhouette is seen in a candle.

In other Ariana news, the "thank u, next" singer recently clapped back at entertainment host Morgan Stewart for dissing Justin Bieber's surprise Coachella set. Morgan slammed Justin for lipsyncing and even commented on his cleared up acne, noting how he "definitely looks like he put an oxy pad on that forehead."

"We also decided to do this ten minutes before my set started. we had 0 soundcheck, 0 rehearsal. u were singing with the back tracking like most cameos do. people are bored. people don’t know how it feels to be under such scrutiny. the world was happy to have u on stage again," Ariana replied to Justin's tweets.
