NFL Hall of Famer Terrell Owens recently jumped in the cold tub as part of Kevin Hart's Youtube series "Cold As Balls," where he discussed a number of topics, including why he didn't get into the Hall of Fame until his third year of eligibility.
"That c-word...character, which a lot of the voters kinda added to the mix of the criteria of inducting guys," Owens tells Hart. "It should be about your body of work and your accomplishments."

After waiting years to finally be inducted into the Hall of Fame, Owens ultimately decided to skip the enshrinement ceremony Canton, Ohio in favor of his own celebration at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
In an official statement released prior to the Pro Football Hall of Fame ceremony back in June, Owens explained:
"While I am incredibly appreciative of this opportunity, I have made the decision to publicly decline my invitation to attend the induction ceremony in Canton." He continued, "After visiting Canton earlier this year, I came to the realization that I wish to celebrate what will be one of the most memorable days of my life, elsewhere."
