XXXTentacion's first posthumous single goes platinum.

When XXXTentacion passed away last year, a song leaked a few days after on a page pretending to be his close friend Ski Mask the Slump God. A few months later, "BAD!" was officially released as a posthumous addition to X's catalog, ending up as a lead single from Skins. The entire album was not received well by fans with many believing that it sounded unfinished but "BAD!" is still extremely popular among listeners. Being that it was the first song to come out officially after X's death, it shouldn't come as a surprise that it has already gone platinum.

According to Chart Data, the song is now certified platinum by the RIAA. It was originally released in November 2018 to hype up the fans before the entire album's arrival.

Recently, XXXTentacion's son's mother Jenesis broke her silence, filming an interview with a local news station with her baby Gekyume in her arms. That same day, Yume was shown off all over social media by associates of the late XXXTentacion. There have been reports of a second posthumous album on the way from the rapper titled Bad Vibes Forever. Would you be down to hear a second posthumous body of work from XXXTentacion or do you think his estate should slow down?
