Kanye West
Kanye's been talking to someone Drake is very familiar with lately.

If you follow Kanye West on Twitter, then you know he likes to make known to the world when he is speaking to people that he thinks are important. That trend was never truer this morning when Kanye took to Twitter to share a screenshot of a three-way call between James Turrell and Norman Foster. While to some this may have just been a bit of a flex, there could actually be a Drake connection.

Turrell, who is an installation artist known for experimenting with light and space, was a huge inspiration for Drake's "Hotline Bling" video which completely borrows from Turrell's aesthetic. Kanye has referenced Turrell in the past, saying "we all will live in Turrell spaces," on Twitter just a week ago.

While his talks with Turrell could be a subtle shot at Drake, the inclusion of Foster in his call throws that conspiracy into question. A quick rundown of Foster's work shows that he is one of the most esteemed architects in the world and is responsible for London's Millennium Bridge, Apple's ring-shaped campus, and latest version of Wembley Stadium. Ye has made it clear in the past that he's interested in architecture so maybe he's got something in the works.
