Ty Dolla $ign's collaboration with J. Cole is here.

Last week, Ty Dolla $ign announced that he would be dropping a new single with none other than J. Cole. The track would be serving as the first single from Ty's next chapter, which we're pretty excited about. Ty Dolla $ign has proven himself to be one of the industry's hardest workers and J. Cole is on somewhat of a feature-spree. The North Carolina rapper doesn't usually make this many appearances on a yearly basis but he decided to give more of his musical gift to the world and nobody is disputing that at all. The emoji-exclusive lyrics to "Purple Emoji," their latest collaboration, were released a few days ago and today, the duo has officially premiered the new cut.

The track is out now on all streaming platforms and after one listen, you can see that Cole was comfortable heading into Ty's world for a minute. This is a love song, which we don't usually hear the Dreamville veteran hop on, but this move is incredibly solid. We're betting that this will be a favorite for many this week.

Quotable Lyrics:

I can't get you caught up in messes I made
Love you forever
When we turn like 50, I'm still gon' have all of your messages saved
Purple emojis with horns on it like the devil but ain't nothing devilish bae
