The upcoming season of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta will be debuting it's first ever male gay couple as a series regular. Prince Carter and Zachary Jones have kicked off their time on the show since filming began last week, The Blast reports. Prince is said to be an ATL socialite who has interviewed many other cast members of the show before, while Zachary is a model.
“As an African American gay male couple it’s tough as hell in today’s society and there are sooooooooooo many stigmas we’re up against. We are two big personalities who just happens to love each other dearly,” the couple told the publication. “With this platform, we want to show that love has no face or color. But love is all about treating others with respect. Allowing people to just live their best lives.”
They added how they are excited to show a "gay relationship in more of a positive light.”
Zachary and Prince may be the first gay couple for the Atlanta extension of the Love & Hip Hop franchise but not for the Hollywood extension since Miles Brock and Milan Christopher were featured back in 2015.
