The Wu-Tang Clan are celebrating the 25th anniversary of their seminal debut album this year. They're hitting the road for a 25th-anniversary tour but their origin stories are being explored in a few made-for-TV projects. Showtime debuted the first part of Mass Appeal's Wu-Tang: Of Mics & Men docuseries last Friday with the second part set to air on Friday. They'll be releasing a new EP with music inspired from the docuseries which is set to drop this Friday. Ghostface and RZA came through with a little teaser before the project drops in its entirety.
RZA and Ghostface unite once again on their latest drop, "On That Shit Again." RZA not only holds down production but comes through with a verse while he and Ghostface bring it back to the group's early days.
Wu-Tang Clan: Of Mics & Men EP will include new music as well as skits featuring never-before-told stories about the Wu-Tang Clan from footage that didn't end up making the EP.
Quotable Lyrics
'Cause it's goin' down tonight at the Garden
Mary & Maxwell, Dru Hill, I'm supposed to be starrin'
You know how I do son, nugget stones with the blue ones
And comin' with me is a few guns
