Atlanta-bred rapper ILoveMakonnen rose to fame after Drake remixed his song "Tuesday" back in 2014. Since then, the artist has managed to distinguish himself through his unique style, which merges typical Atlanta trap and bedroom pop to create his own take on pop.
Today, he released the news that he would be dropping his next EP, M3, which will be released on June 21. This will be his "first official body of work in almost three years," according to a press-release statement made by a representative of Makonnen, and it will be an "intro into my life after 2017," as said by the artist himself.
In anticipation of the album release, the "Swerve" artist has made his single "Drunk On Saturday" from the album, available on Youtube. The song, which is accompanied by the official lyric video, has an upbeat and bouncy melody, which will have you bopping in your seat.
