The teams from the two Wu Tang members are in the midst of a $75,000 lawsuit.

Th Wu Tang Clan is reportedly working on a new record, but while the members are on good terms, their representation is not. Babygrande Records, GZA's current label, is suing U-God's promotional team over a GZA-featured song they argue belonged on the Genius' upcoming album.

The dispute is over a U-God song titled "Heads Up," and while the song appeared on U-God's Keynote Speaker project, Babygrande says it belonged to GZA.

“When [the GZA] was making the recording [for U-God], it was not clear to them that he was doing it for commercial purposes," said a source close to the label.

“GZA has been extremely selective with respect to the vocal features he contributes,” reads a court document, claiming that the label has suffered by not having the ability to take advantage of “the paucity of recent GZA musical material (with the unfortunate exception of the single and video).”

U-God's team is taking no responsibility for the song. “We had no idea this was happening." said Domingo Nerus in a report. "My company had nothing to do with the release."
