Pizza is a guilty pleasure for some, an off-limits treat to others, and a daily meal for people like Lil Yachty. Usually, we all have our favourite pizza joints. Whether it's the tiny shop on the corner, a higher-class Italian restaurant or a chain, we all have our preferences. For many, Domino's is the go-to. With so many options and add-ons, they have been running the pizza game for a hot minute and they may be about to take an even larger stake of the grand prize. According to Thrillist, the company is introducing a new initiative where they're basically giving away pizzas if you order from their competitors. Sounds too good to be true, right? Here are the specifics.
If you regularly order online from Domino's, you already know about their loyalty program. For every specific number of pies you order, you get one for free. Already, that's a pretty good deal. Now, it's gotten even better. The restaurant has added a "scan-a-pizza" function that doesn't differentiate between pizzas. That means that you get points from their competitors' pizzas or even homemade slices as long as the AI recognizes it. This is only temporary but it's part of Domino's Piece of the Pie rewards system. Each scan earns you 10 points and once you've accumulated 60 points - which, if you're Lil Yachty, would happen after 3 days - you've got yourself a free medium pizza!
The promotion expires on April 28, 2019 so you'd better take advantage while the deal is still on.
