Lil Wayne appears to have an amazing relationship with all of his kids. On social media, he can often be seen fathering his little ones and bonding with his family, which is a joy to see in an entertainment world where similar moments are often rare to find. This year, he and daughter Reginae Carter have shown off their close bond to the world as she stood beside him on stage at the BET Hip-Hop Awards and proudly gloats about her dad's accomplishments on every occasion she gets. She's vocal about how much she supports her father, believing much like him that he's the best rapper alive. With so many songs in his repertoire, it has to be difficult to pick a favorite but the two went back a few years to sing one of his hits as a duo recently.
Reginae may have had it tough growing up because she's still making sure not to curse around her parents, it seems. In the clip, she censors herself while Wayne happily raps along to his lyrics. Despite her father being one of the most famous artists in the world, she still makes sure to be respectful around her parents.
The video was reposted on The Shade Room and many are praising Weezy for being there in his daughter's life as she journeys through adulthood. After being featured on Tha Carter V, it feels as though Reginae and her dad have never been closer. Watch the clip below.
