Adidas UltraBoost S&L
Adidas continues to update the UltraBoost with new tooling.

Ever since the UltraBoost came onto the scene, there have been two materials synonymous with the shoe: Boost and primeknit. For the uninitiated, Boost is the material found on the midsole that kind of looks like styrofoam. It is an incredibly comfortable material that makes running and walking that much more fun. Meanwhile, primeknit is found on the upper and fits like a sock and forms to your feet. These two materials make the UltraBoost one of the most comfortable and fashionable sneakers on the market. While this formula has worked for Adidas, they are always trying to update the model and the brand new Adidas UltraBoost S&L is an example of that.

S&L simply stands for Suede and Leather which are the two materials added to the sneaker. The shoe itself has the same silhouette and build that it has always had, except the toe box is constructed with suede, while the three-stripes cage gets the leather treatment. Suede can also be found on the back heel.

The latest colorway of the shoe comes in black, grey, and red and appears to be one of the sleeker versions of the S&L model to come out thus far.

According to Sneaker News, these should be coming out in the coming weeks on adidas.com for $180 USD.
