Legal action has already been taken against Tyga by three of the actresses in his explicit "Make It Nasty" video, and a fourth has now come forward on similar grounds. The previous suits over the video were over the promise of a non-nude video, which was apparently betrayed by Tyga and his label without permission from the women involved.
Allison Brown, who also appeared in "Make It Nasty," is suing over the same issues, but has also included accusations of sexual battery, fraud, invasion of privacy, and infliction of emotional distress in her suit.
Brown claims that while she was only 20 years old at the time of the shoot, producers consistently pushed alcohol on her-- never asking for ID.
Another offense came when a man in a yellow rabbit costume grabbed her and began to mimic sexual acts. When she pulled away, another man allegedly grabbed her breast.
She then claims that she was convinced to remove her top on the promise that her nipples would be censored in the final cut-- which clearly didn't end up happening.
Tyga has yet to respond to the suit.
