It appears Kanye & Kim are trying to buy their whole block out. TheBlast reports that the power couple just purchased a new home & property located right in their own backyard. They reportedly bought the home and lost that sits adjacent to their existing mansion in Hidden Hills.
The 3-bed, 3-bath mini-mansion was built in 1957, and sits on a 1.5 acre lot. The stars have slowly been expanding their $60 million estate, including constructing a massive pool in the backyard, so it’s likely they bought the home for its large lot to growing their pad.
The newly purchased home was formerly owned by the late author and screenwriter, Richard Matheson, who famously wrote “I Am Legend,” as well as 16 episodes of the “Twighlight Zone,” including the famed, “Nightmare at 20,000 Feet.”
Coincidentally, the couple just backed out of the $14 million condo Kanye bought Kim for Christmas earlier this week. There’s reports saying they’re looking for a new place in the Bahamas now.
The current West-Kardashian mansion (seen below) already features a 2-story playroom, gym, basketball court, hair salon, full spa with facial and massage room, and a music recording studio. There is also a full size movie theater as well.
