Snoop Dogg's love for sports is just as strong as his love for music. In Long Beach, the rapper started a youth football league and on numerous occasions, he's been seen on court during celebrity basketball games. Football and basketball aside, Snoop is also a huge fan of hockey which he's expressed on numerous occasions. Last night, the Los Angeles Kings invited Uncle Snoop to provide commentary during their game against the Penguins and it's just as funny as you think it is.
Snoop Dogg brought a little bit of spice last night during the L.A. Kings' game against the Pittsburgh Penguins. The rapper kicked things off as the warm-up DJ before dropping the ceremonial first puck. The L.A. Kings also invited Snoop as their "celebrity guest of honor." The rapper provided some hilarious commentary throughout the entire game. By the end of his commentating duties, Snoop said that it was a "walk in the park" before claiming that he could be a hockey analyst.
One of the many highlights of the evening was Snoop's narration while a fight broke out on the ice.
"He fired on cuz, hold on now. Get it cracking then, let's go. Snoop Dogg in the house let me see something! Drop the sticks man. Let's get cracking, man, to the middle of the rink. ... Move Dion get out the way," he said.
To be honest, the NHL would probably tap into a whole new demographic if they let Snoop Dogg be an official commentator. Peep the clips below.
