Diana Kunst is responsible for A$AP Rocky and FKA Twigs' "FUKK SLEEP" video and now she's come through to showcase more of her directing talents for James Blake and Rosalía's collaborative track "Barefoot In The Park." The tune is the fifth offering from James's latest album, Assume Form, and the new video shows both acts sharing the same path in life.
The top of the clip shows two young children standing in front of a fiery crash. We then see them walk a long road with their younger selves quite literally disappearing. James and Roslina appear to be looking at their younger selves across the road as they continue walking with no destination. The two singers finally recognize each other when they drive past each other in their respective vehicles going in opposite directions. At the end of the video, we realize that the crash is composed of their cars.
