Robert Kardashian and Blac Chyna are still going at it with the court dates. The former couple share a child together, two-year-old Dream, and are currently battling about custody and child support payments surrounding their daughter. As we've previously posted, Rob is trying get out of paying $20,000 a month in child support detailing how he “can no longer afford these orders.”
Page Six is now reporting that both Blac and Rob have decided to cancel their upcoming court date for the holidays, to hopefully privately settle the matter outside of a courthouse. The publication details how they have not gotten close to reaching an agreement, but will most likely resume in the new year, giving them both time be with family and friends.
"I have not participated in the filming of any episodes since this summer when [Chyna] filed a request for a restraining order against me," Rob previously stated. "Her request was widely publicized and I was scrutinized by the media. It has been an extraordinarily difficult time for me emotionally and I have no desire to continue participating in the reality show. I would like to maintain my privacy, try to recover from the emotional damage of the past several months, and explore other business ventures."
Blac, however, thinks Rob is "manipulating" the situation.
