J. Cole is ready to rewrite history one tear duct at a time.

As if it wasn't already abundantly clear, J. Coie is seizing his chances in 2019 with an incredibly ambitious Dreamville compilation. Just this week, it was announced that about 70 big name contributors figure in J. Cole's plans of Revenge of the Dreamers III's final submission list.

J. Cole and manager Ibrahim confirmed the presence of Rick Ross, Wale, T.I., Vince Staples, K Camp, Ski Mask The Slump God, Reason, and Westside Gunn as contributing with vocal arrangements. That list doesn't even include the Dreamville regulars already earmarked for the compilation with "reserved seating." The list of producers submitted to ROTD III is nothing to scoff at either; ChaseTheMoney, T-Minus, Kenny Beats, Tay Keith, OG Parker, and Supah Mario being the early frontrunners, barring any surprises.

So yes, grounds for an emotional outbreak are readily apparent; this LP is going to be a BIG ONE. Just this morning, J. Cole kept his fans abreast via Twitter by purporting that a verse he'd written overnight had reduced him to tears. Within the same line break, Cole then professes the historical weight Revenge of the Dreamers III will carry when it finally drops, a proclamation met with zero resistance on the social media front - whatsoever.

For what it's worth, give us your thoughts on his projections. Do you see Revenge of the Dreamers III competing with the likes of Rawkus: Soundbombing II, D.I.T.C (self-titled), Disturbing Tha Peace (self-titled), and Ryde or Die Vol. 1 & 2, for top rank in the category of "Best Label Compilation Album?"
