Gunplay's been gearing up for the release of his forthcoming project ANMLSHLTR with the release of numerous remixes of popular tracks. Although he did remix Blueface's "Thotiana," he's predominantly remixing tracks that feature Drake. He previously dropped off a remix to "Look Alive" before tackling Travis Scott and Drake's "Sicko Mode." Now, he returns with another freestyle over a Drake-featured track.
Gunplay clearly rocked with the production that Drake was using in 2018. Gunplay came through with his remix of Lil Baby and Drake's top 10 single "Yes Indeed." Gunplay delivers hard-hitting bars over the Wheezy production while detailing his Carol City upbringing.
Aside from ANMLSHLTR, he's also been teasing the release of two other projects, 16/16’s and All Bullshit Aside, which are set to arrive later this year.
Quotable Lyrics
We tourin' with warrants while cases is open
I call up my lawyer, he said, 'are you jokin'?'
I told him go chill and go pop him a pill
'Cause the bail on the way, I won't stay for a moment
