Actors Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman arrive at the Screening Of 20th Century Fox's 'X-Men Origins: Wolverine' on April 28, 2009 at the Gruman's Manns Chinese Theater in Hollywood, California.
"Just this once."

Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds have one of the best friendships in Hollywood, from the fans perspective. Jackman and Reynolds, or Wolverine and Deadpool, respectively, are two of the most beloved superhero actors in the world. Jackman had his ups and downs as Wolverine, but it was more of an issue with directors or writing than the Australian's acting skill. No matter how bad the movie around him was (X-Men: The Last Stand, we're looking at you), Hackman performed well as the violent mutant. He pretty much handed Reynolds the torch after completing Logan, leaving Deadpool as the most beloved X-Men member on screen.

Jackman and Reynolds enjoy trolling each other in real life, and their online antics continued on the latter's birthday. Reynold's turns 42 today (October 23), and Jackman took to Twitter to wish him Happy Birthday with a trolling message. "Because I’m told that I AM THE NICEST GUY and you’re NOT," wrote Jackman on a picture of the two men hugging. Reynolds is in his Deadpool costume, sans mask, and Jackman is in a bathrobe. "I will let you hug me. Just this once. On your birthday," joked Jackman. Now if he could just come out of Wolverine retirement and join in on the X-Force film with Reynolds.
