50 Cent may have came in the game as a rapper but he's expanded much further over the years. The rapper's been heavily involved with film, television and more including boxing. Now, it seems like 50 Cent's being sought after to hold down referee duties in an upcoming celebrity boxing match.
According to The Blast, promoters at Celebrity Boxing are looking for a celebrity to officiate Farrah Abraham's and Hoopz' upcoming boxing match this fall. They're ideal candidate would be someone who's willing to learn the official rules and regulations of the match and the proper method for refereeing a fight.
Celebrity Boxing promoter Damon Feldman believes 50 Cent would be a perfect choice for the role and he feels that he has a good chance of landing the "Power" executive producer for the position.
"He knows boxing and would be a firm referee,” he said. “We’re shooting for him.”
The chance of 50 Cent regulating the fight doesn't seem far fetched. 50 Cent has already launched his own boxing promotion company.
In other 50 Cent related news, the rapper recently released the highly anticipated video for his latest single, "Get The Strap" which features former foes, Tekashi 6ix9ine and Casanova as well as Uncle Murda. The track was released after the last episode of "Power" and his currently sitting at 8.2M views on YouTube.
