We might now know Conor McGregor's next opponent.

Ever since Conor McGregor lost to Khabib Nurmagomedov back in October of 2018, UFC fans have been wondering what the Irish fighter's next move would be. Of course, he and Nurmagomedov were both suspended recently but the Nevada athletic commission but the fighter is still looking for his next opponent, with some hoping for a big fight against Cowboy Cerrone. The two have gone back and forth on Twitter about a potential fight and now it seems as though UFC President Dana White would be excited to see the two in the Octagon.

Ahead of UFC 234 in Australia this week, White has been speaking to the media, including TMZ Sports who asked him what he thinks about McGregor fighting somebody like Cerrone.

"If these two want to fight each other, they both deserve it. They've both earned it. Let's do it!," White said excitedly.

Cowboy defeated Alexander Hernandez last month and White said that it only makes sense that his next fight would be against McGregor. As for a rematch between McGregor and Khabib, that is looking less and less likely right now so a fight against Cerrone is what fans should be looking forward to right now.

Who do you think would win this fight?
