That's a lot of paper.

For those of you that have followed Steven Avery's story in Making a Murderer, the hit series on Netflix, you'll be interested in hearing that some major developments will take place in the convicted killer's case this week. Season 2 dove far deeper into the legal side of Avery's case as he hired Kathleen Zellner, a world-renowned defense attorney to help him out. If you're unfamiliar with Avery, he was convicted alongside his nephew Brendan Dassey for the 2005 murder of Teresa Halbach, who was found dead on their property. There have been several advancements in the case this year but Zellner has said that she plans on handing in a major document that will prove Steven Avery's innocence.

According to Zellner, a new murder suspect has surfaced as Bobby Dassey, Brendan's brother, is being hinted as a person of interest. The document consists of 22,000 pages of evidence that will serve to prove Avery is not responsible for the murder of Teresa Halbach. Yesterday, the lawyer revealed that she would be making some important information public today as she plans to hand in the papers by December 20. She told OK! Magazine recently, "Just this week we got a tip that was just jaw-dropping. Like, woah, somebody actually knows this. We're getting close."

Hopefully, they can finally get to the bottom of this case. Is anybody hoping for a Season 3?
