Mariah's saved millions in her latest legal drama.

Mariah Carey was spotted out in Malibu last night leaving popular restaurant Nobu with her boo Bryan Tanaka. The "Touch My Body" singer was all smiles and we're assuming it had to do with the recent dismissal of her $2 million lawsuit. As we previously reported, Mariah was sued for millions by promotion company Fenix over cancelled 2016 concerts in South America.

The company claimed Mariah bailed on a handful of shows and then defamed the company in a tweet. It seemed as though Mariah thought the company didn't pay her the promised amount of money. Nonetheless, the courtship is over and Mariah doesn't have to fork over millions of dollars that she's surely making during her Las Vegas residency.

In other Mariah news, she's preparing some new tunes for us. "I’ve been working on my new album for a while. This is a labor of love and I’m really excited," she said. "This is me at this moment in my life being able to express myself as a writer and a singer. I’m just really in a good place [...] Although the new record will be able to rock with its contemporaries, the diva is not trying on "anybody else's trends."
