Thursday (August 30th), Meek Mill announced that his newest capsule collection with PUMA will be made available at a pop-up shop this weekend and everyone who rolls through and cops a piece will be given access to a download of his upcoming album. At the shop, he’ll also be stopping by to gift a few lucky fans with free tickets to this year’s Made In America festival in Philly.
"I can't wait to link up with my fans at the pop-up, thank them for all the love, and give away some Made in America tickets," Meek said in a press release Thursday. "It's going to be a fun weekend and I'm thankful for PUMA's support in helping bring my vision to life with this collection."
For those feening for a piece of the action, you can slide through at the pop-up in Meek’s native Philadelphia at 2005 Market Street, Suite 100. It kicks off on Friday 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET and lasts through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET on the remaining days.
The new capsule will feature Dreamchasers-inspired PUMA gear with all proceeds from the “Stay Woke” tees going towards criminal justice reform organization Gathering For Justice. It is the same group that came together in support of Meek Mill during his time in prison.
Earlier this week, Meek and the Dreamchasers crew donated 6,000 backpacks to students in Philadelphia in collaboration with PUMA.
"This visit is something our students won't soon forget and is a wonderful way to kick off the new school year," School District of Philadelphia superintendent Dr. William R. Hite said of the event.
It’s nothing but positive energy leading up to Meek’s highly-anticipated set at this year’s MIA fest this Labor Day weekend.
