Hunt was released by the Chiefs back in November.

In the midst of a breakout season with the Kansas City Chiefs, running back Kareem Hunt was released from the team after a shocking video was released of him kicking and shoving a woman at a Cleveland hotel room. Since then, Hunt hasn't made his way back to the league, but Chicago Bears wide receiver Allen Robinson is saying that if Hunt were to be signed by the Bears, he'd be well received.

"From when I met [him] and everything like that, for us to bring him into our locker room, I think guys would welcome him with open arms," Robinson said to the Chicago Sun-Times.

Perhaps chatter of Hunt going to the Bears has opened up ever since head coach Matt Nagy spoke about Hunt at the team's end of year press conference back in January.

"I talked to Kareem, completely wanting to know how he's doing," Nagy said. "We had a good conversation. Here's a kid that I spent a year coaching on offense. It's a tough situation. I wanted to see ... making sure that he's OK but understanding, too, the situation that happened is unfortunate for everybody. He knows that."

The league has not yet announced a suspension for Hunt, but it appears as though it could reach over six games and might even end up being the entire season.
