"God's Plan" is now 8x platinum.

As of Friday, Drake has earned 55 new platinum and multi-platinum song certifications, making him the RIAA's Top Digital Song Artist with 142 million digital single sales certified. The newly certified songs include Scorpion's "God's Plan," now 8 times platinum, and "Nice For What," now 3 times platinum. Other certifications include "Passionfruit" (3x platinum), "Started From The Bottom" (5x platinum), "One Dance" (7x platinum), "Hold On We're Going Home" (6x platinum), and "Back To Back" (2x platinum).

Scorpion is reportedly eligible for platinum certification as well, based solely off the sales of its advance singles "God's Plan," "Nice For What," and "I'm Upset." Earlier today, it was reported that Scorpion was pulling in 10 million streams per hour on Spotify. Hits Daily Double has claimed the album moved 30,000 iTunes album sales overnight.

Drake's 2017 project, More Life, billed as a playlist rather than an album, brought in 505,000 equivalent album units in its first week. Views, Drake's last proper studio album, broke 1 million in its first week. Views has been certified 4x platinum by the RIAA, as has his 2011 project Take Care

Scorpion, Drake's double album released Friday, features contributions from Ty Dolla $ign, Future, and Jay-Z, as well as unheard vocals from the late Michael Jackson and Static Major. It's available across all major streaming services.
