Yung Bans was regarded as one of the most promising acts in Atlanta throughout 2018. He aligned himself with Future's FreeBandz Gang, dropped off the fifth installment in the Yung Bans mixtape series, and teased collaborative projects with both Gunna and Trippie Redd. However, things got a bit quiet for him towards the end of 2018. Now, he returns with a new single and video titled, "Side By Side."
Yung Bans is back with some brand new music after maintaining a lowkey persona over the past few months. Bans sounds much more in control of his vocal range on this record while tackling a heavy beat from Nick Mira. The rapper also calls for YNW Melly's freedom on the track.
With the release of his latest track, we're hoping to hear more from Yung Bans this year. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for new music from Bans.
Quotable Lyrics
F&N side by side but I wasn't supposed to tell you that
Don't let them bullets fly, just like a Pelican
Somebody pray for me 'cause it ain't even funny
We some young street n***as with a lot of money
