The Pittsburgh Steelers finally got their first win of the NFL season Monday night when they went down to Tampa Bay, Florida and beat the Buccaneers 30-27. While the score looked as if it was a close game, the Steelers had control of majority of the game, with the Bucs making a late surge to tighten the score.

The game was pretty much decided in the first half with Ryan Fitzpatrck throwing 3 interceptions, and the Bucs falling behind 30-10 at halftime. Big Ben threw all 3 TD’s in the first and relied on James Connor in the second half to ice the clock. Fitzpatrick did however lead consecutive touchdown drives in the fourth quarter to make it a one possession game, but faltered with the game on the line, throwing three straight incompletions to give the ball back to the Steelers. Nonetheless, he still racked up massive numbers and became the first quarterback in NFL history to throw for 400 yards in three straight games.

For fantasy impact, Fitzpatrick ended up with 30-50 for 411 yards and 3 TDS (3 INT’s too), whereas Big Ben played a bit more sound, going 30-38 and 353 yards and 3 TD’s. Mike Evans led all wide receivers with 137 yards and 1 TD, while JuJu Smith-Schuster was right behind with 116 yards.
