Gunna spills the beans on REAL 92.3.

Gunna was on Los Angeles' REAL 92.3 to discuss a few topics, including the very real possibility of a joint project with YSL-head Young Thug. And get this, the album could be on our doorsteps before the end of 2019. The announcement comes at the 8:05-minute mark of the interview, see for yourselves.

"No cap, we done did albums that I got right here on my phone that I ride and listen to," Gunna says after his hosts asks him to count the number of unreleased Gunna-Thugger songs currently on the loading dock. "Lately we been working like extra... I was just at the studio locking back in with him."

The YSL rapper spent the rest of the interview sending his regards to 21 Savage in his uphill battle against a deportation conspiracy, some would argue unjust. "He in my prayers. I know he gonna overcome it," Gunna added in sympathy. "We all do we kings."

As for Gunna's current Top 5 list of Atlanta-based rappers EVER, he listed himself (d'uh) and Lil Baby, then he agreed to name Young Thug and Future, who the hosts referred to as "Shaq & Kobe," after which the discussion sort of devolved into a chaos - with Gunna no longer in control of his own predestined fate, so he tapped out at 4.. Near the end of the interview, Gunna seems smitten with the idea of getting to work with Nas. You've got to see it to believe - check it out.
