Jennifer Lopez is reportedly sick and tired of getting sued by the same guy and is asking a court to dismiss Everette Draughn’s latest attempt. According to The Blast, Everette was featured in a April 2012 episode of Tat-2 The Bounty Hunter and claims the show that Jennifer produced falsely painted him as a car thief.
“More than six years after he signed a written release in connection with his participation in a television program, and long after that program first aired, Plaintiff brings this lawsuit in New York arising out of the same facts and circumstances as a lawsuit he brought in 2012 in Louisiana against the same defendants," Jennifer's response on the matter read.
The episode in question sees Tat-2 showing up at Everett'es home and threatening to break his door down if he didn't open it. Once let in, Tat-2 and his crew drew guns on Everette and he was arrested. Once at the police station he says he was forced to sign papers that he learned was later a release for the show.
He has now re-filed his case in New York and is suing for unspecified damages.
