Air Jordan 1 "Gym Red"
A fresh look at this teased Air Jordan 1 colorway.

Almost every single day of 2019 has featured some kind of news regarding Jordan Brand. JB has pretty well dominated the year so far and with good reason. They had an incredibly strong NBA All-Star Weekend with the release of the Air Jordan 6 "Infrared" and the "Turbo Green" Air Jordan 1. In between all of that though, new Jordan colorways and models have continued to be teased. No model has gotten as much love from Jordan Brand than the Jordan 1 and considering the historic nature of the shoe, we're not surprised. One of those colorways that have surfaced is this new "Gym Red" version that we now have some pretty detailed images of thanks to the Instagram user @hanzuying.

As you can tell from the images, these kicks have a white leather toe box and side panels, all while the overlays come in black. The Nike swoosh and back heel panels are dressed in red which is what gives the shoe its name. While it isn't being dubbed as such, these look as though they're an alternative version of the Chicago colorways we are so used to seeing.

In the post, it is stated that these will be releasing on June 29th of this year for $160 USD although for now, that is just a rumor so be sure to stay tuned for future updates on the shoe.
